For a tool problem

1. Identify the tool and the browser you used.
2. Describe the steps, the expected result and what actually happened.
3. Copy the exact error message. For file problems, include the format and approximate size.
4. Use a harmless sample if you need to demonstrate a problem. Do not send identity documents, financial records or passwords.

For an article correction

Include the article address, the sentence that needs attention and a reliable source or reproducible example. Distinguish a factual correction from a suggestion for a new feature.

Privacy questions

Read how data is handled first. Files selected in the tools are not uploaded to an WORDMIO processing service, so there is no server-side file history to retrieve. Emailing a file would be a separate action; avoid attaching sensitive information.
