Choose the tool for your source files
Use Merge PDF when you already have PDF documents. If your certificates are JPG, PNG or WebP photos, use Images to PDF first. For a mixture, convert the images into a PDF, then merge that with the existing PDFs.
Include only the documents requested. Password-protected PDFs, interactive forms and signed forms are not supported by Merge or Split. Keep signed originals intact and follow the recipient’s instructions for submitting them.
Remove unrelated pages with a selection
Open Split PDF if you only need part of a document. Choose Extract selected pages and enter positions such as 1-3, 5. That produces pages 1, 2, 3 and 5 in one PDF. Entering 5, 1-3 puts page 5 first. Repeated page numbers are rejected.
Use positions counted from the first page, not the page numbers printed in the document. Download and review the selection before using it in the bundle. Split every page is a separate option that creates individual PDFs, packaged as a ZIP when there is more than one.
Arrange, merge and download
Add at least two PDFs to Merge PDF. Use Earlier and Later to arrange them. The list shows where each document will appear in the combined output. For example, a two-page certificate followed by a three-page transcript becomes a five-page PDF.
Each file must be 20 MB or less. A merge supports up to 20 PDFs, 100 MB of input and 400 total pages. The output must also be 100 MB or less. Merge copies pages without turning text into images. It does not compress the result, add OCR or create an index.
Inspect the complete bundle
Open the downloaded PDF in a separate PDF reader. Check the page order, orientation, edges and small print. Existing page text is retained, while scanned text remains a scan. Bookmarks, attachments and document-level navigation are not carried over; check links after pages move.
Confirm the final file size against the application limit. If it is too large, remove unrequested pages or export smaller source documents. Keep a clear filename and attach the reviewed file to the correct field.
Put it into practice.
