HOW IT WORKS

Keep the pages that matter

  1. Choose your files.

Add one PDF. The tool checks it and shows its page count.

  2. Choose a selection.

Enter 1-3, 5 to extract pages 1, 2, 3 and 5, or choose every page for a ZIP.

  3. Create and download.

Download the finished file, then open it to check the pages before sharing.

Will my text stay selectable?

The tool copies PDF pages without turning them into photos. Existing page text and images are kept; scans remain scans. It does not add OCR or reduce file size.

What is not preserved?

Document bookmarks, attachments and document-level navigation are not carried over. Internal links may need checking after pages move. Interactive forms and signed forms are rejected; this tool does not validate or preserve digital signatures.

Why did my PDF fail?

Check the size and page limits above. Password-protected, damaged or unsupported form PDFs may fail. Export a fresh copy from the original application. Large PDFs can need more memory; try fewer or smaller files.

Share only the PDF pages you need

Take a certificate out of a larger document, separate report sections or prepare individual pages for an application. Enter page positions and ranges, or choose a separate PDF for every page.

Selected pages are copied in the order you enter. Page positions start at 1 and may differ from the page numbers printed inside the document. Your original PDF is not overwritten.

Free to use. No sign-up required.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose one PDF and confirm its page count.
  2. Select page extraction or separate files for every page.
  3. Enter the page positions, create the result and inspect the download.

A practical example

For a six-page document, entering 5, 1-3 extracts page 5 first, followed by pages 1, 2 and 3. Count from the first PDF page, including any cover, rather than using printed page labels.

Before you finish

Repeated or out-of-range page numbers are rejected. Extracting pages does not redact information on those pages or remove confidential metadata.

Frequently asked questions

How do I extract a range of PDF pages?

Choose Extract selected pages and enter a selection such as 1-3, 5. This copies the first three pages followed by page five into a new PDF.

Can I save each page as a separate PDF?

Yes. Choose Split every page into a PDF. This mode supports up to 100 pages; use a page selection for a larger document.

Which PDF files are supported?

Use an unprotected, readable PDF up to 20 MB and 400 pages. The tool does not remove passwords or edit text, and unsupported interactive documents may be rejected.
