PDF · 20 MB per file · up to 20 files

Password-protected PDFs, interactive forms and signed forms are not supported.

HOW IT WORKS

From separate PDFs to one document

  1. Choose your files.

Add 2-20 PDFs. Files stay in this browser tab.

  2. Set the order.

Move files earlier or later. Check the output page positions in the list.

  3. Create and download.

Download the finished file, then open it to check the pages before sharing.

Will my text stay selectable?

The tool copies PDF pages without turning them into photos. Existing page text and images are kept; scans remain scans. It does not add OCR or reduce file size.

What is not preserved?

Document bookmarks, attachments and document-level navigation are not carried over. Internal links may need checking after pages move. Interactive forms and signed forms are rejected; this tool does not validate or preserve digital signatures.

Why did my PDF fail?

Check the size and page limits above. Password-protected, damaged or unsupported form PDFs may fail. Export a fresh copy from the original application. Large PDFs can need more memory; try fewer or smaller files.

Combine related documents into one PDF

Bring certificates, reports or application documents together in a single file. Arrange the source documents before merging so the finished PDF follows the order you need.

Every page in each selected PDF is included. To keep only particular pages, extract them with Split PDF first. Processing takes place on your device, and the original files stay unchanged.

Free to use. No sign-up required.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose at least two PDFs and wait for their page counts to appear.
  2. Arrange the documents in reading order using the file controls.
  3. Merge, download, then open the complete document to check every page.

A practical example

A two-page certificate followed by a three-page transcript produces five pages. The document order controls the page order; use Split PDF first if you only need selected pages.

Before you finish

Merge does not compress files or preserve document-level bookmarks and attachments. Keep signed originals unchanged and inspect links after moving pages.

Frequently asked questions

How do I change the order of merged PDFs?

Drag the file handles, use their arrow keys or choose a move action from the file menu. The merged PDF follows the document order shown in the list.

What are the PDF merge limits?

Choose between 2 and 20 PDFs, up to 20 MB per file, 100 MB combined and 400 pages total. The output must also fit within 100 MB.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Encrypted PDFs are not supported. Use an unprotected copy you are authorized to edit. Check the downloaded document before sharing it, especially if the originals contain interactive features.
