Know which limit applies
Some forms count characters with spaces, some without, and some count words. Check the instructions, then compare the matching number. Leave a small margin in case the form counts a little differently.
Estimate reading time
The tool also estimates reading time, which is useful for speeches and blog posts. People read and speak at different speeds, so treat it as a rough guide.
Clean up and save
