Put every PDF page in the right place
A scanned document can arrive out of order or include a sideways page. Organize PDF lets you work on one document at a time. Each entry identifies its original page number and its new position, so you can follow your changes before exporting.
Move a page earlier or later, enter an exact destination, rotate it clockwise in quarter turns or remove it. Preview creates a temporary copy of the selected page with your rotation applied. Restore brings back every original page and its original orientation. Processing happens in a local browser worker; the source file is never overwritten.

How to use this tool
- Choose one supported PDF and check the number of pages.
- Use Move earlier, Move later or Move to position to arrange the pages. Rotate or remove pages as needed.
- Preview individual pages, create the organized PDF and download the result.
A practical example
For a five-page scan with a cover at the end, move original page 5 to position 1. Rotate a sideways scan by 90 degrees and preview it. Remove an unwanted blank page, then create a new PDF containing the four pages you kept.
Before you finish
Open the downloaded file and verify its page order, orientation and text. Keep your original. Document-level bookmarks, attachments and interactive behavior may not be retained. Page deletion is not secure redaction of content on retained pages.
Frequently asked questions
Which documents can Organize PDF open?
Choose one unprotected PDF up to 20 MB and 100 pages. Interactive forms and signed form PDFs are not supported. Documents with unusual features may not retain those features when their pages are copied.
Can I restore a page I removed?
Yes. Restore original order & pages brings back all pages and resets every change. You must keep at least one page. Any change clears the previous download so you cannot accidentally save an outdated result.
Does the preview work on a phone?
It uses your browser PDF viewer. If inline viewing is unavailable, Open page preview opens the selected page in a separate viewer. Download the final PDF to review the complete document; closing or refreshing the workspace clears its editing session.
