How to split a PDF and extract only the pages you need.

Find the page positions

Open the PDF in any viewer and note the positions counted from the first page, not the numbers printed on the page itself.

Extract the pages

Open Split PDF, add the file, and choose to extract selected pages. Enter positions such as 1-3, 5 to get pages 1, 2, 3 and 5 in one new PDF. Or choose to split every page into a separate file.

Password-protected PDFs and signed or interactive forms are not supported, so keep signed originals unchanged.

Change the order or combine

Use Organize PDF to reorder, rotate or delete pages, and Merge PDF to join extracted parts with other documents.

Check before you send

Open the new file and confirm the right pages are there and nothing private slipped in.
